Author Guidelines

CONDITIONS FOR THE MANUSCRIPTS SUBMISSION

Requirements for materials submitted for publication

The manuscript and supplementary files should be submitted in any word processor (one or more) by e-mail (epj@tspu.ru) to the journal editor.

Structure of the Manuscript

The manuscript should include the following: UDC (if applicable), the full name of all authors (first, middle and last name), title, abstract, keywords, the main body of the manuscript, bibliography, information about the authors: academic degree, academic title, position, place of work (study), postal address of the organization, telephone, fax, e-mail.

Guidelines for Manuscripts

General requirements

The text of the manuscript should be at least 20 pages and saved in A4 format (including references, diagrams, graphs, tables, etc.), 14 pt, Times New Roman, one and a half line spacing) and in DOC or DOCX format. Images in JPEG or TIFF files and charts in MS Excel should be saved in separate files. Page margins should be 2 cm on each page.

The number of co-authors should not exceed three people.

Requirements for the preparation of the manuscript

UDC must be provided, if applicable.

The first name, middle name, and last name of the author(s) must be provided in full.

The title of the manuscript should be on a separate line and graphically highlighted (e.g., in bold, capital letters, etc.). Do not use abbreviated forms.

Abstract (summary)

The abstract should follow the structure of the manuscript (relevance, level of exploration of the problem, aim, main results, conclusion) and characterize the theoretical and practical significance of the study results. The abstract should not contain phrases that repeat the title, cumbersome grammatical structures, and abbreviations. The text should be written in scientific style.

The length of the abstract depends on the content of the manuscript but should not be less than 250 words.

All abbreviations must be introduced in the abstract. References to the numbers of publications from the reference list are not allowed.

The words "consequently," "for example," "as a result" should be used in the text of the abstract. Avoid unnecessary introductory phrases (e.g., "The author of the manuscript considers that...", "The manuscript presents...", etc.).

The main body

References in the text of the manuscript are given in footnotes. If necessary, page numbers may be given next to the citation source. Each publication or unpublished source (archival document) is cited in the list only once and with its number.

References

Bibliographic sources are listed in citation order, not alphabetical order. References should be given in full detail (if possible). References (at least 15-25 sources) include bibliographic information for all publications and sources cited in the manuscript. They should not include papers for which there are no references in the text. A mandatory element reflecting the relevance of the publication and indicating the high level of research is the presence of the scientists listed in the Scopus database.

Please use the following platform to create your bibliographic sources.

Please indicate the place of work (place of study) of the author(s): the official name of the organization and its postal address: - street, house number, name of the city or municipality, country, postal code.
